The CPO<\/strong> model calibrated leak standard is an open style calibrated leak with no gas reservoir, the customer supplies gas from a regulated gas supply. This model is available for several different gas types and gas mixes. This model is available with all of the standard “Orifice” leak holder assemblies. The CPO model is also available with fittings suitable for high pressure or ultra high vacuum applications. The CPO model is available in leak rates ranging from 10^{-7 <\/sup>to 10-1 <\/sup>atm-cc\/s (Other inlet and outlet fittings available upon request).<\/p>", "dataPoints": {}, "quantity": 1 }}
