CTS Service Expediting Options

**Orifice/flow sensor recertification not offered with 1 day expediting option.

Expediting Options:

Terms: There is a $380.00 diagnostics/evaluation fee per instrument evaluated; this will only apply if you choose not to have the instrument repaired. Standard repair time is approximately 5 business days. Expedite options available at CTS's discretion. All repairs returned to CTS are at the customer's expense. All warranty repairs are given priority and are returned to the customer via standard shipping rates at CTS's expense. Contact CTS for other return shipping options.

Recertification of leak standards will always be performed ($400). If you do not want this service please remove the leak standard from the instrument. One Calibration fee per transducer or leak standard certified.

Return Authorization Policy

Cincinnati Test Systems, Inc. has developed the following Return Authorization System. If you would like to return an item to CTS, you will first need a return authorization number (RMA#). Any items received without an RMA # can be refused in shipping and shipped back to your plant at your cost. We feel this system will help us to better serve you.

  1. You will receive an email with your shipping instructions and RMA#.
  2. Place items in a shipping box, including a copy of your RMA form, and write the RMA# on the outside of the box.
  3. CTS will email you a Service Report as soon as the item(s) are repaired.
