The introduction of new faucet designs require the verification of proper assembly to uphold the high-end quality expectation of the customer.

Test requirements:

Each assembled faucet requires a pressure decay test to assure proper seating of the hot and cold valves and the functional transfer from hot to cold. verify 2 SCCM leak rate specification.

CTS solution:

A three-station custom stand was designed incorporating the Sentinel M-24 leak test instrument. The individual circuits are tested for a 2 sccm leak rate as the faucet stem is automatically sequenced to the hot, cold and off positions to insure that the components are correctly assembled.
