Sentinel Instrument Recalibration Service
For many customers, annual instrument recalibration is mandatory to keep their quality standards up-to-date and ensure parts shipped meet specification. To maintain instrument accuracy Cincinnati Test Systems offers CTS Factory and On-site Instrument Recalibration services.
Features of a CTS Instrument Recalibration
Instrument recalibration includes checking pressure and flow circuit tests to determine instrument accuracy for all pressure ranges
A specially trained technician will perform an inspection and run the self-test to determine the overall condition of the Sentinel instrument
Each transducer range will be digitally re-calibrated using a 6-point pressure calibration and a 6-point flow calibration (if equipped)
Recalibration performed with certified gages traceable to NIST standards
CTS performs a complete instrument system backup to a USB flash drive
CTS issues a CTS Recalibration Summary Certificate to document ‘as found’ to ‘as left’ specifications upon completion
Recalibration Location Options
In a CTS Factory Recalibration, you disconnect your instrument and ship back our CTS manufacturing facility. In an on-site recalibration, our service technician will come to your facility on a scheduled service call. Your instrument remains connected while we recalibrate and recertify the accuracy of the instrument at your facility.
The Cincinnati Test Systems factory calibration lab is A2LA Accredited and processes are ISO 17025: 2005 certified. CTS uses NIST traceable pressure calibration and flow verification products in our Instrument Recalibration services.
