Service ContractsIn order to assist our customers in keeping their equipment operating economically and at peak performance, we offer preventive maintenance contracts. The frequency of visits is established based on duration of daily operation and work week. Extra non-warranty service visits are provided at a reduced contract rate. During a typical service contract visit, our service engineer will monitor the operation of the systems in the plant, perform preventive maintenance, determine if other maintenance is required, and perform those other maintenance tasks as time permits. The customer is responsible for providing all parts and consumable items required for the preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance tasks performed by the service engineer vary depending on the type of equipment. An example of routine maintenance tasks are listed below:
