The Ship code is located on the inside panel of your instrument. i.e. 19602-4562, or if you have an M-24, your ship code is the SO#, located in the same location.

On repairs there is a $125.00 expedite fee for 3-business day repair time. Standard repair time is 5-business days. If you need to have your instrument shipped back to you within 24 hours of receipt of your instrument in our plant, there is a $210.00 expedite fee.

If you are using a purchase order, your order will not ship out to you until we have received an updated PO with a bill to, ship to, ship via, N30 terms, and the correct amount on it, faxed to us. We cannot accept requisitions, verbal PO#s, or print screens.
Cincinnati Test Systems, Inc. has developed a Return Authorization System. We have found the system has helped us be more accurate and has also decreased our turn around time. We are now making this our return authorization policy. If you would like to return any item to Cincinnati Test Systems you will first need a return authorization number (RMA#). Any items received without an RMA# can be refused in shipping and shipped back to your plant at your cost. We feel this system will help us to better serve you. Please see instructions below for obtaining an RMA#. Thank You
