SAM 100 Press Force Signature Analysis Module

The SAM 100 is a basic single press station instrument for simple installation & operation.

SAM 300 Press Force Signature Analysis Module

The SAM 300 is an advanced single station instrument for any press force monitoring operation.

  • Programmable to 32 different parts, with 8 tolerance
    windows per part
  • Forward & backward measurement capability
  • 1 channel of force measurement: analog, strain gauge or Piezo
  • 1 channel of distance measurement: inductive, resistive, analog, incremental or SSI
  • Torque: strain gauge or analog, angle: incremental
  • Communications: Ethernet, Serial, Parallel, Profibus and Fieldbus (optional)

SAM 400 Press Force Signature Analysis Module

The SAM 400 is an advanced multi-station instrument for any press force monitoring operation. Can handle up to 2 independent press station operations.

  • Up to 6 additional stations can be programmed through the SAM 400 display, with the addition of up to 3 SAM 400 slave units
